Sometimes I feel other people’s energy in my field, how can I clear my energy at home?

Great question.

One easy visualization is the Large Golden Sun Meditation.

The intention for the Large Golden Sun Meditation is one of energetic separation. We are giving back their energy and calling back your own.  Do this with love and compassion, NOT out of anger or a tone of “here take your gross energy back”.

We are not shoving it back, just giving it back because it is not yours.

Note: this method is for when you have already absorbed someone’s energy, not a technique to not absorb.

I recommend doing this visualization after work or client meetings, after hard times with family members, after a breakup or after you interact with someone and still feel their energy in your field.

Do this after every interaction until you no longer interact or no longer absorb their energy.

The Large Golden Sun Meditation:

Call to mind the face of the person you wish to clear from your field.

Place between you two a large golden sun.

When you have this visualization, set the intention and command: “I give you all of your energy back, cleansed and purified.”

Watch and feel the energy leave your field being returned to them, cleansed and purified through the golden sun. Allow this energy to leave you until you feel like this is complete.

When this feels complete, set the intention and command: “I call back all of my energy, cleansed and purified.”

Watch and feel your energy leave them and return to you, cleansed and purified through the golden sun.

Allow this energy to return to you until you feel whole.

Pause for a moment of universal gratitude and you are finished.

Repeat this as needed.

I want to stress the “cleansed and purified” portion. Through your intention you are shifting the original energy into energy that is lighter, clearer, and higher calibrating than it was prior. We do not want to return or take back energy that is still tainted or anything less than pure.
