Who are you, and how did you get here?

That’s a good question.

Hi! My name is Kassidy. I’m an Energy Practitioner based in Sedona, Arizona.

I’m 27 years old, born and raised in Iowa. I studied Psychology at the University of Iowa before bouncing from Chicago to Massachusetts, eventually finding my true home in Sedona.

When I was 24, I found myself entering the Dark Night of the Soul—a turbulent and defining chapter when a person either chooses a path aligned with their highest good or spirals into a direction that pulls them away from themselves.

At the time, I had everything I thought I wanted, yet none of it was truly mine. I was engaged to the wrong man, living in the wrong state, and succeeding in a career that drained my spirit. For months, my inner world was chaos—turmoil, fear, and the undeniable knowing that I was living a life misaligned with my soul.

Eventually, I found the courage to walk away from all of it. That choice ended the first phase of the Dark Night. My relationship with God back then was minimal, but leaving pushed me into a new practice of radical responsibility—taking accountability for the life I had created and the pain I had allowed myself to endure.

In December 2022, I turned to the Universe and asked for a gift.

Four months later, in April 2023, I received one. I was touched by God and had a spiritual awakening. I was gifted the abilities I have today.

It was on my 25th-birthday. I was on a trip with college friends in Phoenix, Arizona, and I knew in my soul that this birthday would be a turning point. We took a Hero’s Dose of psilocybin, and I set my intention as Love. During the experience, I found myself reflecting deeply on the feminine—how women carry creation in their wombs and act as portals between the eternal and the physical world.

In that exact moment, a vibrant beam of light struck me. It poured through me from the infinite and changed me forever.

Immediately, I felt different. My ego no longer ran my life. Depression and anxiety dissolved. I had a deeper understanding of God, of consciousness, of existence itself. For the first time, I felt peace, I felt like me.

Three days later, on a whim, I traveled to Sedona. On my way out of town, I stopped at one last plaza—something in me said there’s something here for you.

The first shop didn’t resonate. 

The second was beautiful but not it. 

The third changed everything.

In that store, I met the woman who would become my mentor. She shared insights that helped me understand what had happened during my awakening and guided me toward the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins. That moment was the beginning of my conscious study of spirituality, consciousness, and God.

Within six months, I moved to Sedona. For two years, I apprenticed under her—learning energy work, observing the effects of fear on the human spirit, and witnessing what true alignment with God can do.

Today, I run my own practice as a Christ-based Sedona energy healer.

I use Muscle Testing to discern what is present in someone’s energy field, and through the authority of Christ, I clear what does not belong—refilling them with Love, Courage, Direction, Truth, or whatever aligns them with the highest good and God’s plan. My work is not to decide what that plan is, but to align people with the energy of it.

Most of my clients are followers of Christ, though I welcome anyone who is open to the power of Christ’s healing. One of my most memorable experiences was with a Hindu woman who meditated the morning after our first session and encountered Christ. She chose to welcome Him onto her spiritual team—an incredibly beautiful and moving moment.

My clients often report feeling lighter, more like themselves, as though burdens that once plagued them have simply lifted away. I’ve witnessed relationships mend, physical pains dissolve, food allergies vanish, and most recently, Raynaud’s Syndrome completely healed.
